What happened: John Fetterman, Democratic Senate candidate in Pennsylvania, went semi-viral on Friday as he met with President Joe Biden at the site of a bridge collapse in Pittsburgh … in shorts. Also, there was snow on the ground, officially making him that guy that wears shorts in below freezing temperatures, except he did it to meet the president.
